How
Lakes Golf Works
As a member of Lakes Golf, you are assigned a stock profile based
on the level of surety with which you enter the
group. The surety is a refundable sum of money/stock
paid on entry to the group as a goodwill bond (repayable on termination
of contract)
Once your stock profile has been determined;
- You oversee and agree your stock make up from our suppliers
- You are supplied with facts and figures relating to the various
products, allowing you to choose the best for your niche
- You will be asked to specialise in a hardware brand of your
choice (trying to avoid direct competition with nearby Lakes Golf
Shops)
- You are free to set your own pricing policies
- You are paid a percentage of the gross retail value (circa 60%
of profit on sale)
- The sum of your weekly earnings will be paid into your bank
account, weekly
- You are allowed to sell discontinued/old items at discount prices
while retaining your percentage of gross retail value
- You have the potential to earn an annual bonus of up to 5% gross
turnover (calculated through shop profitability and turnover)
- You have the opportunity to earn a further 3% gross turnover
through our loyalty bonus scheme.

We expect you to;
- be fully committed to providing an excellent service for your
members
- manage and be responsible for your stock
- be responsible for banking the correct monies on a weekly basis

- attend up to 3 seminars per year
